How It Works

Get your legal compliance register up and running in under 5 minutes. Here’s everything you need to know.

1

Sign Up & Start Free

Create your account — no credit card required. Your 14-day free trial gives you access to 10 legislation entries with full AI evaluation, so you can see exactly how the platform works before committing.

2

Complete the Setup Wizard

Our 5-step onboarding wizard takes about 2 minutes. You’ll provide:

  • Company name — as it appears on your ISO certificate
  • Country — where your primary operations are located (Singapore and Malaysia supported)
  • Total headcount — full-time, part-time, and contract workers (affects legislation thresholds)
  • Industry & certification scope — determines industry-specific legislation
  • ISO standards — select which standards you’re certified or certifying for (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, and more)

3

Your Register is Generated Instantly

Based on your profile, the platform automatically builds your legal compliance register. Each entry includes:

  • Legislation title and issuing authority
  • Tier classification — Tier A (legal obligations), Tier B (codes & standards), Tier C (internal standards)
  • Applicability status — whether each law applies to your company
  • Compliance status — your current compliance level for each requirement
  • Obligation statements — plain-language summary of what each law requires from you

4

Run AI Applicability Evaluation

Click “Evaluate Applicability” and our AI analyses every legislation entry against your company profile. For each law, it determines:

  • Whether the law is Applicable or Not Applicable to your operations
  • A written justification explaining why — ready for your ISO auditor

This replaces hours of manual research. You can always override the AI’s assessment if needed.

5

Complete the Guided Compliance Wizard

For each applicable law, the Guided Wizard walks you through a simple evaluation:

  • Answer plain-language questions about your current compliance
  • Mark each requirement as Compliant, Partial, or Non-Compliant
  • Add notes and evidence references for audit trail

Available on Starter plan and above. Free trial users can evaluate up to 10 entries.

6

Get Your Action Plan

The Action Plan analyses your compliance gaps and generates a prioritised checklist — telling you exactly what to fix, in what order, and by when. Each action item includes:

  • Priority level — Critical, High, Medium, or Low
  • Category — Documents, Actions, Appointments, Training, or Record Keeping
  • Source legislation — which law requires this action
  • Suggested timeline — recommended deadline
  • Progress tracking — mark items as completed

Available on Starter plan and above.

7

Export, Monitor & Stay Compliant

Your dashboard gives you a bird’s-eye view of your compliance status at all times:

  • Compliance score — visual gauge showing your overall compliance percentage
  • Export to PDF — download your register for audit submissions
  • Regulatory alerts — get notified when legislation changes affect your register (Starter+)
  • Upcoming reviews — see which items need review within 30 days

⚠ Data Accuracy & Coverage Notice

Our legislation database covers Singapore and Malaysia and is sourced from official government legislation portals and regulatory bodies. All entries include source links to official publications. However, laws change frequently — our AI-powered monitoring system tracks amendments, but there may be a delay between a law being enacted and our database being updated. Always verify current legislation status with the official source before making compliance decisions. Coverage depth varies by country; Singapore and Malaysia have the most comprehensive databases.
